All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Times & Estimates
To bring you curated tech products at the best prices, we work directly with global suppliers and ship our products from international warehouses.
United States: 7 to 15 business days.
Note: These delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier logistics, or high-volume shopping seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas).
3. Shipping Rates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase required!
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's tracking page. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
NexTech Goods is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your order during transit. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at info@nextechgoods.com. We will review your case with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
