This website is operated by NEXT VENTURES E.I.R.L., operating under the trade name NexTech Goods.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “NexTech Goods,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NEXT VENTURES E.I.R.L.

NexTech Goods offers this website, including all information, content, features, products, and services available through it, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to present and sell our products. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by NexTech Goods. Purchases are made from NEXT VENTURES E.I.R.L.

By visiting our website, using any part of it, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated into them, including our:

• Shipping Policy
• Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.

If we cancel an order after payment and before fulfillment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and current.

However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, or technical errors relating to:

• Shipping estimates

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.

If a material error affects an order before fulfillment, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected information or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Products are available while supplies last.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, modify specifications, update packaging, or change product availability at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, device, lighting, or display settings.

Product images may include staged environments, accessories, phones, watches, earbuds, furniture, or other items for demonstration purposes. Only the items expressly listed under “What’s Included” on the product page are included with the order.

Minor differences in packaging, labeling, accessories, or appearance may occur, provided that the product remains materially consistent with its description.

SECTION 5 — PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY AND PERFORMANCE

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before purchase.

Wireless charging performance may vary depending on:

• The customer’s device
• Device model
• Software
• Charging protocol
• Alignment
• Case thickness
• Magnetic accessories
• Power adapter
• Cable
• Temperature
• Simultaneous device use
• Other operating conditions

The NexTech Pro 3-in-1 Charging Station is a regular magnetic Qi wireless charger. It is not represented as Apple MagSafe certified or Qi2 certified.

An appropriate QC 3.0-compatible wall adapter rated at 18W or higher is recommended for proper operation and maximum available performance. A wall adapter is not included unless expressly indicated on the product page.

Statements such as “up to 15W” describe the maximum supported output under compatible conditions and do not guarantee that every device will receive 15W.

Charging speed may be limited by the customer’s device, charging standard, adapter, operating conditions, or manufacturer restrictions.

SECTION 6 — THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS

Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods, MagSafe, and other third-party names, logos, trademarks, and product names are the property of their respective owners.

NexTech Goods is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Apple Inc. or any other device manufacturer unless expressly stated.

References to third-party products are used solely to describe compatibility or intended use.

SECTION 7 — PRICES, CURRENCY, AND TAXES

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are displayed in United States dollars.

Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.

A price change will not normally affect an already accepted order, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error. If an obvious error affects an unfulfilled order, we may contact the customer for confirmation or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Taxes, duties, fees, and other charges may be added during checkout when required.

Any import charges not collected at checkout are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 8 — BILLING AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• The information provided is accurate
• Sufficient funds or credit are available
• The transaction is lawful

Payments may be processed by Shopify, banks, card networks, digital wallets, or other third-party payment providers.

We do not directly control a payment provider’s approval, security checks, processing times, holds, or declines.

SECTION 9 — ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may review an order for payment verification, fraud prevention, inventory, address validation, or shipping eligibility.

An order is considered accepted when it enters fulfillment or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may cancel or limit an order before fulfillment when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

SECTION 10 — CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

Cancellation and modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled, modified, or redirected after it enters processing or fulfillment.

Order cancellations, address changes, and post-shipment requests are handled under our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy.

SECTION 11 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking, address requirements, carrier delays, lost shipments, and packages marked as delivered are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Risk of loss and delivery-related claims will be handled according to our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and applicable law.

SECTION 12 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, defective products, damaged products, incorrect products, incomplete products, and customer-caused damage are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Customers must not return products without prior written authorization and instructions from NexTech Goods.

The business address displayed on our website is not a return address unless NexTech Goods specifically confirms otherwise in writing.

SECTION 13 — CUSTOMER USE AND SAFETY

Customers must use products according to the instructions and only with compatible equipment.

Customers should discontinue use and contact us if a product:

• Appears physically damaged
• Overheats abnormally
• Produces smoke, sparks, or unusual odors
• Has exposed wiring
• Behaves in a manner that appears unsafe

NexTech Goods is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment, failure to follow instructions, or other customer-controlled conditions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 14 — REVIEWS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Some reviews displayed on our website may have originally appeared on third-party marketplaces or platforms.

When disclosed on the website, these reviews may be translated, shortened, or lightly edited for clarity, formatting, or grammar without intentionally changing their meaning.

Third-party reviews do not necessarily represent verified purchases made directly from nextechgoods.com.

Third-party content, trademarks, photographs, reviews, and materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

Except for third-party materials, the website content is owned by or licensed to NexTech Goods.

SECTION 15 — CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, suggestion, feedback, or other material to NexTech Goods, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It does not infringe third-party rights
• It is not false, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, or misleading
• It does not contain malicious software
• It does not include another person’s private information without permission

You grant NexTech Goods a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display submitted material for operating, promoting, and improving our business.

We are not obligated to publish, maintain, compensate, or respond to any submission.

The NexTech Goods name, website design, logos, graphics, text, layouts, product presentation, and original content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Where liability may legally be limited, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including any mandatory consumer protection right.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NexTech Goods against reasonable claims, losses, and expenses resulting from:

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify NexTech Goods for NexTech Goods’ own unlawful conduct.

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, government action, customs restrictions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, epidemics, infrastructure failures, supplier closures, or similar events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and comply with mandatory legal obligations.

SECTION 24 — TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or NexTech Goods.

You may stop using the website at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe that a person has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, threatened website security, or abused our services.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive where appropriate.

SECTION 25 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed if necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

SECTION 26 — NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is only effective if confirmed in writing by NexTech Goods.

SECTION 27 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the agreement between the customer and NexTech Goods regarding the use of the website and purchases made through it.

If a specific product offer or written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written term will apply to that matter.

SECTION 28 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and transactions with NexTech Goods are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that apply, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising a mandatory right or remedy available under the law that applies to the consumer.

Before commencing formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us at info@nextechgoods.com so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

SECTION 29 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an order already placed, unless required by law or expressly agreed.

Continued use of the website after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms for future use.
